Today, I did yoga as a language school activity. I had never been properly taught yoga before, and it was tougher than I expected. This is because I have low blood pressure and when my head changes position I get dizziness and headaches. In this yoga session, I had to repeatedly down my head and raise my legs, and then return to a standing position, so my head had pain. Also, I hadn't exercised or stretched for a long time, so my body was feeling sore.
Then, I went alone to a Christmas market called HOLIDAY HILLS. But it was too early so the illumination weren't on and it was deserted with few people, so I just wandered around and left. Maybe I'll come back next time, or maybe not.
