Today I woke up in the morning and have done my laundry and bath. And then, I worked as a housekeeper.
After that, I met up with a friend from Peru for the first time in a while and we went out for okonomiyaki. When I was in Japan, I usually made and ate okonomiyaki by myself about once a month, so I really missed it.
It’s probably run by a Japanese owner, but I personally preferred making it myself with store-bought flour. Especially, the texture and taste. Also, the way they applied the sauce and mayonnaise was way too unique, and I didn’t really understand the point of topping the okonomiyaki with aonori and katsuobushi separately.
Afterwards, I walked to the Eaton Centre for an after-dinner stroll, and also strolled around the Eaton Centre. I was really happy to have a date after a long time and it was a lot of fun. See you soon.
