Today, after class, six of my classmates and I went to eat ramen at a restaurant called hakata ikkousha, which has two branches, one for pork and one for chicken, and we went for the chicken one.
It was probably the second time I had eaten ramen in Toronto, and for me, it was very close to Japanese ramen. Actually, it is famous among my Japanese friends, and the servers are probably all Japanese, so I think it is a restaurant for Japanese people. But I love spicy miso ramen and Ichiran ramen, so I miss them a lot. It's hard to eat either of them in Toronto because most of the ramen outside of Japan is pork ramen.
