〈2024-12-23〉Christmas Eve Eve

Today is Christmas Eve Eve, but I didn't do anything particularly Christmas-related. Just, my host father took me to the shopping mall because I was looked like bored. We just took a walk in the mall and on the way back, he bought me a drink called French Vanilla at Tim Horton's. My friend said it was too sweet, so I thought it was vanilla-flavored hot milk, but it was a kind of coffee. It was sweet and tasty that even I could drink it.

I spent the whole day thinking about travelling. As I wrote yesterday,  now, I'm wondering whether I should travel or not. It seems like a bad time to go to see the Northern Lights, it's around the New Year and prices are high, so I think New York is the place to go. But my flight to New York has gone up in price since yesterday, about 10,000 yen. I wonder if this is because the dates are last minute or if it's a Christmas price increase. Anyway, I booked the hostel because I can cancel for free. I'm going to check things about New York out.
