Today, I went to Quebec! It was so beautiful! Amazing!
Quebec is a city where French is the main language in, and I traveled around the city with French, Japanese and three Brazilians, so the French friend helped us a lot.
First, we went to eat authentic poutine. The restaurant staff were very friendly and explained things to us in English. Our French friend taught us how to order in French. It was too difficult. The poutine was really good. Yesterday's poutine was good too, but this one was even better.
After that, we just walked around the city without going anywhere. The cityscape was similar to London, actually, I've never been there, the leaves were changing color and it was very beautiful. Someone was playing a trumpet in the square, and the atmosphere was great.
After going to the hotel, I went back to the city and ate creme brulee. In Quebec, restaurants and pubs have terrace seating like in Paris. Then, we walked around the city at night. It was lit up in purple because it was Halloween maybe, and it looked like a demon's castle haha. I think Quebec is probably my favorite place in Canada. I can't speak French though.
