Today, I was absent from school because....... I'm traveling with my friends!! Yay!

First, we went to Rockport. It took about 4 hours because it's already taking 3 hours, the bus missed the two girls in the travel center. There, Some went on a cruise around 1000 islands. But I didn't get on it because I didn't have the money. I didn't really have anything to do, so I just hung out looking at the ocean.

After that, we went to Ottawa! I didn't research about Ottawa, so I followed a bus guide around the city and visited the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel, which was originally supposed to be a train station but was quietly converted to a hotel after the president of the railroad company became a victim of the Titanic. The Parliament building looked like Big Ben in London, but it was under construction. The fire in front of it seemed to be burning with gasoline and it smelled like gasoline haha. 

We only had about three hours to tour Ottawa. So my lunch was at Tim Horton's haha. I really wanted to see "Obama Cookies" so I visited that store. Do you know "Obama Cookies"? These cookies are decorated with a Canadian maple leaf pattern. Apparently, former President Obama bought the cookies at the store in past, so they got the name Obama Cookies! So what was their name before that? "I'm a cookie. I have, as yet, no name"......?

Then, we moved to Montreal. My friends and I walked around there at night. I don't know why, but someone were screaming something and run. It was a little scary. 

Actually, I cried. I can't explain it well, but I think my Brazilian friends who were traveling with me didn't listen to me at all and they take it out on me, and I was stressed out because I couldn't express myself properly. In the end, nothing got through to the Brazilian, but don't worry, I recovered after eating a poutine, which is a traditional food in Quebec. I woke up at 5am and I'm super sleepy so that's it today.
