Today, only few customers came in the restaurant, so I ate a staff meal earlier than usual and chatted with my colleagues.
Actually, yesterday was my host mother's birthday, so we had crab and lobster for dinner. My host sister even baked a homemade chocolate cake. It was sooooo delicious. She was also very good at making icing cookies, just like a pastry chef! (Not that it matters, but I can't believe it's February already hehe.) I wanted to give her a birthday present too, but I had no idea where to buy it or what to buy, so I just celebrated a lot. Thanks for everything, Mum🥳
