Today was my last day at ILAC. It's a bit strange as I'm not going back home, but I asked a friend to write a message on the Canadian flag for me, as it didn't look like I'd have any other opportunities to get. I hope to collect any more before I return home hehe.
After class, I went shopping with one Korean who will go back to Korea this weekends and two Japanese. Even shopping, we walked around aimlessly and just went to T&T, where we each bought our lunch and ate it at a table on the ground floor.
Afterwards, one of them and I joined a karaoke party at ILAC. I sang a Japanese song and a English song. It was a bit difficult for me because I hardly know English songs a lot. In Japanese karaoke, you can use a special device to display the pitch or judge the score and process the sound, but here's karaoke, it is just singing with off-vocal sound sources on YouTube, so I wasn't satisfied. But the party itself was fun.
And then, a Brazilian in the same class invited me to an analogue game café for the after-party, and I accompanied her. There were so many people that she didn't know how many there were, maybe 30, and we rented out a private room in the basement of the café. What a surprise, there was karaoke too and it was more proper than the one at ILAC. Everyone was dancing and singing, but I had satisfied time to just watch.
By the way, I ordered a margarita cocktail. I looked it up and Google said it was recommended for women, but in fact it was very strong alcohol and I couldn't drink it. I asked my Korean friend to drink it and he said it was stronger than a regular margarita. The other cocktails were also very strong. I'm guessing bartender was not good at making them?
