Today I worked as a waitress completely alone. There were no other waiters, so I had to do everything by myself, including catching calls, for taking out, for dining and preparing food. It was busy and difficult at times when there were lots of customers, but I also had time to offer more water. I was happy to be able to work on my own and to receive $75.35 in tips, but most of all I was happy that the owner recognized that I could work alone and entrusted me with the job.
