Today's work went well. I continued to teach the new Japanese woman our job. She practiced picking up the phone and I was also able to cover for it. I never thought I would be able to take a phone call in English.......
I am now wondering if I will travel during this long vacation. I could go to Yellowknife or Whitehorse to see the Northern Lights or to New York. I would like to see the Northern Lights while I am in Canada, but I heard there doesn't have any tourism spots without the Aurora, there is not much information and I don't think it would be fun to go alone. I want to go to New York before I die and it is much closer from Toronto than from Japan, but I'm worried about the high US dollar and immigration.
