〈2024-12-14〉Uber Panic

I made another mistake today. An Uber order came in and I was taught by my senior that it would take 25 minutes for the Uber, so I approved 25 minutes. Then I got angry with the owner who realised what the order was 10 minutes later. Because the order was a party tray and has to make about 60 pieces of sushi, which originally took 40 minutes. There were  also customers in the restaurant and other take-out orders, so the kitchen panicked. Surely, I know it was my fault. But, you know, I was just keeping to what my seniors told me, which was 25 minutes. It's ok, though, because next time I'll approve it at 45 minutes.
