I worked again today. It was better than yesterday. I could do some tasks by myself.
I have noticed that, unlike Japanese sushi, Canadian ”sushi” is basically a sushi roll. Moreover, spicy mayo is usually on them. Why? Also, there is avocado or salmon etc. on top. Why? They have names like “dragon roll” and “fire roll". What is that? I am Japanese, but I don't understand the menu lol
I guess it is not only in Canada that the basic menu is a mysterious original menu even though there is a regular sushi. Don't they feel it is not "sushi" if they eat sushi in Japan?🤔I prefer Japanese sushi better than Canadian sushi, of course. But I am really happy to have Japanese rice and sushi rice as a staff-meal. Today, I had a Korean style pork bowl and salmon temaki (spicy mayo and tempura flakes on it) 😋
