I just arrived at Toronto!
Actually, it is very hard journey to me because I have some worries.
First, my flight was delayed 3 hours. I received a e-mail about it from Air Canada at midnight yesterday. So I tried contacting to my language school staffs but I didn't receive any replies. Now, I think they read it and adjusted the plan because I heard that there were more 3 students in my flight, but I really worried at that time.
Second, I noticed I didn't received e-mail about a phone number and e-SIM from Phone Box at the same time that I received flight delays. I upseted because if I don't have a phone number, I can't meet my host family. I sent e-mail to Phone Box, and they replied rapidly that "no problem, we'll send you tomorrow." I solved this worry.
Third, I worried about my immigration. I have been to America once, it's mean I have experienced it once. However, this is my first time to go abroad alone. Also, I heard that we can't bring nuts but I bring "kaki no tane," it includes peanuts actually that is not nuts but I think almost all people think peanuts are nuts.
However it wasn’t a necessary worry because I just said "from Japan" "to working holiday" "insurance is here" "have a nice day" "thank you.” I could pass through easy.
And finally, I met a language school staff, drive to my home stay house and I met host family! In addition, there are another student from Brazil! We are going to buy a Presto card that is used to take transportations and go to center of Toronto city to sightseeing tomorrow.
I don't have confidence to live with English but I'll try do my best in this city!
